At the centre of Hong Kong Island is Victoria Peak 556m high. From this vantage point can be seen one of the most breathtaking panoramas in the world as you look down over Hong Kong and Kowloon.

6. Dim Sum Dim Sum served from morning to early afternoon consists of bite-size delicacies.

a) Birdwalking
The Chinese have the curious but dignified practice of taking their caged birds for a walk in the morning.

b) Requiem for a Large Fish
Restaurants exhibit tanks offish in their windows. One large morose specimen seemed resigned to its fate so the composer wrote a short Requiem. (Saxophone Section).

c) Goodbye (Wanchai Reprise) (Vocal-Andy Prior)
